Hi! I’m mid-50s male. White. No pets (my bestie of 16 years, a Shih-Tzu that I grew to love way too much, went over the rainbow bridge a couple of years ago now). But to just say I’m a dog lover would be majorly underselling it, LOL!

For a roommate scenario, I have a lot of stuff I can contribute ranging from reclining loveseat, living room tables, brand new large screen TV (still in box!), surround sound, Apple TV, Nvidia Shield, tables and lamps, a TON of kitchen stuff ranging from a Ninja air-fryer through to an extended length griddle and more. Plus things like area carpets, decorator items, yard care things like shovels and rakes, tools, and more beyond that.

Looking for a large room for no absolutely later than the 15th of November (sooner is better). Need the room to be able to reasonably fit my queen bed, a dresser, nightstand, and my desk (pic for reference: https://bit.ly/3ClLZIZ) I’m VERY clean and neat. So it’s non-negotiable that the unit be kept clean and tidy by other residents. Open to either a male or female as a roomie. Less sure about a couple, but could work depending on the people and situation.

NON-smoker/user/gambler/vaper and I only drink very occasionally (my wild days were a long time ago 😏). I’ve been in IT for 28 years as everything from a BA to PM to PgM, solutions/enterprise architect and engagement manager. However, I’m not working right now (had to claim support from the AB gov’t) as the market is the worst I’ve EVER experienced (I’ve had QUITE a few people on Linkedin tell me that they are also experience similar troubles). So I’m NOT a bum. Just suffering because of what others have done (ex. federal gov’t). Hence why I’m looking for a much cheaper place/roomie situation ASAP.

I also have an unstoppable sense of humor. I can make fun of almost ANYTHING! 😁
