I’m a 4th year chemistry student at the University of Waterloo. I’m currently looking to rent a room for the upcoming winter and spring terms (Jan-Aug 2025) as I will be doing a co-op placement in the area. I’ve never damaged any properties I’ve lived at, keep my living spaces very clean, have never had a late rent payment, and am not the partying type.
