Hi! I’m Ry (he/they) My landlord screwed me over and now I’m looking for a new place! Me and my current awesome roomie are looking for 1 more person to lock down a 3 bedroom apartment with (could be open to the right 4 bedroom, too!).

About us- I’m a queer transmasc illustrator, poet, and sex shop worker who can find something to talk about with pretty much anyone. Annie (she/her) is an upbeat multidisciplinary creative, specializing in product/object design and ceramics. She is a recent OCAD grad currently working in bartending. We are both social butterflies who will be frequently out for work/social life, but looking forward to having a home we feel comfortable spending lots of downtime in. We both thrive in a clean and tidy space, and will put emphasis on maintaining the condition of our shared spaces through collective effort. We are looking forward to adding our own personalities and artistic charm as we furnish the space, and would love help in that effort. We have no pets, but would be open to sharing space with one as long as they are well taken care of and don’t shed too much (I’m allergic to cats, but have gotten along fine with some shorthairs/hypoallergenic breeds). As a group, we want to sign a lease for at least one year.
