Hey guys, I’m 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 for a 𝐬𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐞 𝐅𝐋𝐀𝐓𝐌𝐀𝐓𝐄 starting 𝐍𝐎𝐕 or 𝐃𝐄𝐂 1𝐬𝐭. We don’t need to be best friends but I’d like someone I can chat and have a good time with when we have free time at home from time to time. I’m looking for a friendly environment where we can feel comfortable being ourselves while maintaining the line of order, respect and cleanliness. I like to cook so from time to time I like to have guests over for dinner or just watch a movie quietly especially the long winter seasons. I’m a Latino permanent resident who has lived in Toronto for 6 years., I’m friendly, kind and easy going. I sometimes work from home since I’m a graphic designer and I have my own clients. I really like order and cleanliness. I love the cinema, I like to walk and take pictures, go for a walk, jog or just have a beer or coffee, I enjoy the simple things as much as the most spectacular ones.

A realtor has been selling me some two-bedroom apartments for rent. I would like to find one or two suitable roommates that are clean, friendly, and easy to live with. The idea is that each of us has a budget of around 1300-1650 with utilities included. It all depends on what you’re looking for, because some guys are looking for a master bedroom with a private bathroom, and it depends on the area of ​​the building and its extra services. Usually the ones I’ve been looking at have a gym, party room, pool, and some with a sauna. Preferable Location: Midtown. Midtown is a preferred area because it is only 7 minutes by subway from Downtown and it is a cleaner area because there are no homeless people wandering the streets and it is a quieter area but just as busy and with many options for bars, restaurants, shopping centers, etc. Feel free to ask questions.
