Hi! I am an incoming graduate student at UBC starting in May, hoping to move to Vancouver in early April. My budget is 1,500 and I have a lovely cat named Dinosaur (she is 5 and very docile!).

I am friendly, clean, and respectful! It is important to me that my roommates help maintain common spaces and contribute to cleaning the apartment. I am very easygoing, as long as things are communicated in advance :) I am a bit of a homebody and I enjoy cooking/baking, watching movies, reading, and crocheting in my free time. However, I do like to host small social gatherings occasionally (like wine and cheese nights with friends) and go out on the weekends. I would love to spend time together in communal spaces, but of course, I value private time as well!
