Helloo I’m Eric, 26 y/o graphic designer in the advertising industry originally from Mexico but been in Toronto for 8 years now! Want to team up for an apartment search downtown for a Nov. 1st or Dec. 1st move-in date.

I work hybrid - Tuesdays and Thursdays I go to office, the rest I work from home. I’m looking for places south of St. Claire, west of University ave and east of Highpark (west end pretty much).

I enjoy biking around the city, playing pickleball, going to art and music events, photography, movies (sci-fi, thrillers, animated stuff), hanging out with friends and learning languages (fluent in spanish, english, intermediate french and beginners japanese).

I’d say I’m an ambivert. Enjoy meeting new people and socializing while also having time to myself to rest. As a roommate, I’m clean, respectful, and communicative. Overall, a pretty chill person who keeps to themselves though also appreciates a nice chat in the living room every once in a while. I don’t smoke, but I’m ok if smoking is done outside. I work a 9 - 5 pm and would prefer to have someone on a similar schedule - zero noise at night (zzz).
