Hello, my name is Austin and I’m interested in your suite for rent. I’m on a government assisted program called a Youth Agreement wherein the ministry of children and family development supports me financially to live independently by paying my rent directly to the landlord, as well as providing me with additional funds for daily living expenses and necessities. I also have a worker from noyfss, Leah, who is available to help me build on independent living skills and work towards my goals. I’m in my graduating year at Seaton and will be attending the trades program next semester. I’m also working part-time. I’m quiet, mature and responsible and I don’t drink or use drugs.
