I am in my 4th year of an Honours in Biotechnology program at UBC, looking for a place to stay for at least 1.5 years starting on January 1st.

Ideally, I would like a room with its own bathroom, near a Skytrain station and at most a ~50-minute transit to UBC’s main campus (downtown or mount pleasant area if possible). But I am flexible on most of that.

I keep shared spaces neat but can forget to clean my own area during busy study weeks. Non-smoker, only drink on social occasions.

I like to socialize when I’m not burnt out from studying. I value sleep a lot and am hoping to find roommates that are quieter on weeknights.
