Hello, I’m seeking shared accommodations. I’m on disability and work part-time. I’m a mature man, and a university graduate (SFU, 2009). I don’t smoke/vape or use any type of drug, though I’m fine with cannabis, preferably outside. I rarely drink alcohol, and when I do it’s only a couple. I’m not religious, but I respect people’s rights to their beliefs. I’m an introvert, for the most part, yet enjoy quality conversation. Quiet, clean, and tidy; I respect people’s privacy and property. I’m honest and trustworthy. I work part-time for an organization that involves the vulnerable sector. In September 2024, I received clearance from the Ministry of Public Safety and Solicitor General. I have the email stating this; the original copy was sent to my employer.

My current landlady is moving to Mexico permanently, selling her condo. I’ve rented from her since June of 2019.

I enjoy listening to a variety of genres of music, going to the gym, eating healthy, reading both fiction and nonfiction, movies with a friend, some gaming, and keeping up with news.

To conclude, with today’s exorbitant cost-of-living, sharing living space is a necessity for me.
