I would only use the room for piano practice, which is about 3 hours a day on week days and 6-8 hours on weekends. I play classical music, so it is an acoustic piano, so not very quiet, but not very loud either (it’s a Yamaha upright), and it can be softened by covering it with a coverlet. So if you enjoy classical piano music at a fairly advanced level, you would enjoy to be my roommate!
