Looking to find responsible, clean, quiet, 1 or 2 non-smoker person to team up so we can afford a nice house or townhouse to share.
I work from home as a programmer so I’m pretty quiet. I have fibromyalgia so I am hypersensitive to smells and certains sounds. I prefer an harmonious living environment.
Rex, my cat, is a 12 y.o. Oriental Shorthair. He is declawed on all four. He loves humans but is very dominant with other cats.
My boyfriend is allergic to my cat so we mostly meet at his place.
I have a car and don’t mind sharing rides for grocery shopping.
After 7 y., I am leaving the current house i rented since the owner is retaking it for herself. I can furnish a new home or get rid of my stuff, depending on what we elect to live in. I can keep my fridge to put in the basement or garage so we have extra freezer and fridge space.
Going back to live in a housemates situation is what many of us have to consider because of the current housing market. Although I had good experiences living with housemates in the past, I enjoyed living on my own for the last 7 years. I am very sociable but I also need my space. That is the reason why I favor finding a house: it can affords each of us sufficient private space yet provides us the benefit of pooling our ressources for common uses.
My favorite price point is 1k but willing to go up to 1200 for the perfect situation.
