• LGBTQ friendly -420 friendly (Ideally a non-smoking living space) -Clean, quiet, peaceful, and stay to myself for the most part. -I work early, do chores, sleep. -Don’t have pets, pet friendly however -A fan of gaming, going on hikes and trails, being out in nature, playing tennis/golf, chess.

Ideal budget is $1000 (All in including Utils etc).
