Hi, I’m currently paying 1500 for a basement without a kitchen and have been here for two years. I’m on great terms with my landlords upstairs but to save some money would be amazing!. I do drive and don’t mind living outside the city if not to far. I work full time here In Kitchener . I have a secured position with my company and have been there for two years as well. I do have two dogs. One is quite old. They are very well behaved, do not cause messes and are not big Barker’s. If you allow pets and would consider me as a tenant, I would love to hear from you!
