Hi I am looking for a 2 or 3 bedroom apartment for my family (myself, wife and 4 children aged 2,3,4 & 10). I am a full time student and have to find a home for the 1st of October because my current landlord is relocating. I am getting funding through OSAP as well as the Portable housing benefit program & Child tax/ CRA benefits totaling around ($8500 per month). Your price is right on track with my budget. I do like to be Transparent about my credit. It is not the best and also doesn’t reflect my character or affect my ability to make our rent payments on time. I am offering to pay 4 months upon signing as well as a guarantor through The Salvation Army Organization and also want to report my rent payment to TransUnion to ensure security.
