We are a quiet laid back couple. Who mind our business and have respect for others. We have a reliable income and don’t party or have a lot of guests over . We treat our home more like our sanctuary. Of course there is time for fun but a heads up if there is something that’s might create noise or make it a little hard to sleep is all that we would expect. Neither of us work and I am on aish disability. I personally like to clean and my husband is pretty handy for any thing inside and out. We have a quiet well trained black lab that is friendly but doesn’t do so well around other pets as he had a pitbull attack a year ago. So he gets quite afraid and vocal for protection but honestly is literally shaking is his boots . I have had the same landlord for years now they just changed the size of dog permitted at our building for the end of this month and well like lelo and stitch from the Disney movie say..ohana means family and no one gets left behind. Rent would have depend on what utilities are included. We would buy our own food. And if a small pet fee was required we could do that to . Not very picky just bug and rodent free preferred
