Im a software engineer at Citi bank. Right now, I live in Etobicoke, while I love it here, some of my close friends live in north york area, hence I’d like to move there. I am SUPER CLEAN, always clean up after myself (whenever I enter and leave a space, the area shines - my landlords can vouch for this) - ALWAYS PAY RENT ON (OR EVEN BEFORE) TIME, nevery disturb anyone, great at following house rules (no loud noises). I am very busy outside at office most of the time. I was in the US for 8 years before (so basically North American). I do have a guitar I love playing from time to time. I workout everyday, eat clean, won’t disturb you. I don’t drink, don’t smoke. I don’t do drugs. Background is clean. Open to any questions you have. Have lived with men and women - don’t mind either.
