Hi! My name is Elina and I’m looking for a room and a roommate:) I have a realtor that can help find a place but I need a roommate first. I work from home as a Logistics Specialist and considering such areas as: Downtown, Liberty Village, Midtown, Etobicoke etc. looking to move in end of November-start of December. Looking for 12 month lease with possibility to renew.

Preferably I would like the apartment to: -be near a gym or have a gym centre -be close to public transit - buses, subway station etc -close to grocery stores and essentials -has nice window views, natural sunlight in the apartment -balcony area.

I like to keep everything clean, I enjoy reading books, adventures, new experiences, music festivals, going out to bars, nights out and travelling. I like my time alone and are respectful of others time alone, someone who would be open to exploring the city with and being friends would be awesome:)
