I am a single father of 2, A working professional. Ideally looking for a 4 bedroom 2 bath house, I would rent one room with bath to one tenant, Ideally would suit another single male or female, working professional with or without children. Until I can facilitate the above ideal and find a more permanent home I am looking for a temporary room to rent. I currently live in Victoria but I am looking for accommodation on the mainland, primarily to be closer to my children during the week who live and go to school in Crescent beach, South Surrey. I will be working in Vancouver during the week and I may return every other weekend to Victoria. I am a quiet, studious person with a love of nature, outdoor activities, healthy living and I appreciate a clean, quiet and well organized living space. I’m socially comfortable and very easy to live along side, there would be evenings when I would like my children to come for dinner after school but no over night as they will come to the island with me on stay overs.
