Live on the island, here for work 4 days a week maybe the odd 5th looking for a room on a monthly basis closer to the science center as possible, won’t need internet, cupboard space, laundry etc just a place to shower and crash maybe park my small truck would be a bonus. Many credentials, good credit score, very hygienic and clean, non smoker, rarely drink, great career, many hobbies.
