Hello!

For a bachelor/suite (An apartment which is made up of one room, a kitchen, a bathroom, and sometimes a den) or a one bedroom I can pay 1050 a month, util included!

I’d much prefer a bachelor or suite, because I very much want my own kitchen and am antisocial! (Not in a bad way, just suuuuper traumatized to the point people casually walking behind me stresses me out haha)

In the case of shared lodgings, I don’t know if I’d be GREAT to live with, but if you want a roomate who will just keep to themselves, I’m the roomate for you.

I’m a trans man who’ll probably put a rice cooker and a minifridge in his room, and will either come with two cats or get a cat.

I’m on ODSP right now so money goes straight from my account, to you. I don’t smoke, drink alchohol, or do weed. I’m not against those things at all, it’s just not stuff I can afford or want to do.

I like drawing, the outdoors/wilderness, wildlife, animals, learning, mindfulness, scents, science, manga/comics, horror, printing stuff, and night time/early mornings. Trees are great.

This is gonna be silly but I’m willing to do two full body with full background (120$ value each, 240$ in total) art commissions a month ontop of rent if it helps.

I’m hoping to get more money to offer soon from Hamilton supports or from a job.

I have c+ptsd(basically I’m scared all the time) and autism so if you deal with issues by yelling I won’t be able to handle it well at all. I don’t yell, (though if you yell at me a lot in a conversation I might yell back once cause sometimes it helps people realize they’re yelling), and I tend to be pretty allowing with housemates/ don’t get worked up over mistakes.

HOWEVER, I do ask that you do be direct with me on how something can be problem solved if I geniunely mess up, because I don’t want you uncomfortable in your home, just please don’t yell or use caustic words.

I’m used to compromise, I was raised by a therapist who was big on that, and as long as I’m given space things should be cool.

I like people, I probably like you, I’m just an introvert.

If you have rats I’m up for designating some rooms as rats only rooms, I think they deserve space to wander and scramble around to their skittery content sometimes. If you have fish, birds, or anything a cat might find huntable, I’ll try to brainstorm ways to keep the cats away from them. (Ofc)

I’m kind of extremely desperate to move, but I have to save up for a van and to pay landlady, and potentially first/last.
