I’m looking for a long-term roommate. Ideally that can hangout from time to time but mostly respect each others space. I’ve lived alone for years so forgive me if I’m not always the most social. I work and teach from home half the time, that seems like important info.

I live in Saanich now so I want to be closer to downtown, ideally the Fernwood area. Im passively looking, not really in a rush to move and I want to find the right place.
