Mary Leach & Malcolm

Malcolm and I are looking for a temporary arrangement, either for a set number of months or month to month (2 months advance notice for moving out of course). We are a relatively quiet couple and aren’t huge on parties, though we don’t mind if guests come around as long as we get a heads up. We don’t smoke or vape, and would prefer a roommate who does not smoke, or is willing/able to only smoke in their private space/outdoors. We like to make sure shared spaces stay clean for everyone to enjoy, and keep our clutter confined to our own space. We have a cat named Victor who is pretty well-mannered and friendly, and he is patient/non-aggressive towards other cats but he does not like dogs in his space, unfortunately. Currently I am the only one working, while Malcolm just recently got approved for Permanent Residence in Canada, which is why we’re looking for a cheaper option for the time being until they can find work. I work in the area of the Stockyards/Junction, so somewhere around that area is preferred.
