I am a French artist and a server in luxury hospitality, relocating to Toronto on a Canadian PVT visa for the next two years. I am looking for a comfortable and secure rental property or shared accommodation for 1-2 years.

I have a monthly budget of around CAD $1,500 and can provide my payslips to demonstrate financial stability. I am a clean, respectful, and sociable person who values a peaceful living environment. I don’t smoke, and hosting parties is not my style. My focus will be on writing and doing self-tape auditions at times that are least disruptive to my roommates.
