Hello 👋🏼 everyone, Simran here.

I am looking for a private room to rent from April onwards preferably in East Van, Mt Pleasant or Downtown. My budget is around $900. Currently I am living in East Van, it’s a sub lease till March end. I do not drink, smoke, no drugs/weed and will prefer to share rental space with someone who doesn’t do drugs or weed.

I am clean and tidy. Always keep the communal space clean after myself. At my current place we have a weekly schedule for cleanup, which we all respect. References can be provided if needed.

About myself: I am 30, work in construction and have a weekdays morning schedule. I am an easy going person and always have good time/conversations with my room mates. Sometimes we share the food we cook and offer help to run some errands. I like to play soccer, cooking, hiking, and try to keep myself occupied. Made good friends at places where I lived and will continue to do the same where the environment is friendly and responsible.

I know this post for April is a bit early, I just wanted to get this work off my list 😅. Looking forward to hear from the community.
