Hi! I’m looking for a roommate to rent an apartment or townhome with starting February 1st, preferably downtown but I’m open to farther locations in Toronto.
I’m a 4th year engineering student at UofT, I’m working a full time hybrid job at the moment so I will be home from 9-5 at least 3 days a week.
I’m friendly, considerate and quiet. I like to socialize but also enjoy my alone time. I appreciate a clean space and would like to share with someone who does as well. I also value open communication, if something is bothering us, I believe we should let each other know.
In my free time, I like to read, watch TV, exercise, visit new places, take walks outside or visit friends and family. I may have guests once in a while, and don’t mind my roommate(s) having guests, as long as they’re mindful. If you think we’d be a good match, feel free to leave me a message.
