I am a female living in Waterloo for the last 5 years. I work from home remotely as a UX/HMI engineer, and teach piano part-time in the evenings at my students’ homes. I currently live with 3 other roommates, and get along well with them, but I’m looking to move to a 2 bedroom with a female where I will have more privacy. I am claustrophobic so I cannot do basement units unless it’s a walk-out basement above ground level. I also have a car and would need a place that comes with a parking spot. I am friendly and value cleanliness, safety, quietness and mutual respect. I am willing to cooperate and contribute to a harmonious living environment. I’m hoping to move to Kitchener or the east side of Waterloo or Cambridge (which will be a bit closer to the GTA).
