Hello, I’m a solo female looking for long term (preferably 1 year lease with option to renew for a second year or month-to-month) room rental or to team up with someone.

I’m a massage therapist who enjoys being outdoors more than anything, and will be taking some courses over the next two years which will require part-time study at home. I love plants, I have quite a few.

I’m quiet for the most part - I don’t often watch TV or listen to loud music, but I do like to have guests once in a while (once per week or less). I’m friendly but introverted, especially in the mornings. I’m much chattier in the evening :)

I keep shared spaces very clean and I would like to live with someone who values and enjoys tidiness and cleanliness. I do not drink frequently, I do not smoke cannabis and would like to live with someone who is similar.

I’d like to live somewhere near lots of old trees and walking trails, preferably near the Bow River. Send me a message if you are looking to rent something similar and also looking. I’m looking for October 1 availability.
