Hi there! My name is Manan, and I’m about to start my master’s degree at Simon Fraser University. I’ve lived in Western New York for the past five years and am now searching for a place to call home in Burnaby.

I’m 25 years old and am looking for an apartment or house with a bedroom that possibly has an attached washroom. My lifestyle is pretty low-key—I stay on top of my studies, meal prep once a week and mostly use the kitchen for quick breakfasts like eggs. I’m also considerate about noise and always use headphones instead of speakers to avoid disturbing others.
