My name is Bill, and I’m looking to team up and rent a house or apartment near Fairview Mall. (Or close to the lrt)

I’m a working professional with a stable job that I’ve held since 2006. I’m interested in renting a two-bedroom place and sharing it with either one individual, a couple, or two friends. International students are welcome as well.

I’m prepared to furnish the home with couches, a TV, a dining room table, and kitchen appliances. All utilities will be split evenly, except for the internet, which I will cover in full to ensure fast speeds.
