Hey everyone. I’m looking for a room in Dunnville where I currently reside, but unfortunately there aren’t many options available, therefore I’m seeking two or three individuals willing to split the cost of a three-bedroom apartment, or maybe even a house with 4 bedrooms. My budget is $1,000 per month, but I’m only asking $750 per room. Feel free to call or text me if you have any questions.

As long as you don’t make too much noise and cleanup after yourself, there’ll be no issues. Those are the only requirements. Just be respectful and considerate to others when it comes to making noise when others are sleeping. That’s basically it.

Here is the 2 bedroom in Dunnville available for $700/month ( I pay $1000 which is a 60/40 split).
