I am a 64 year old single woman, with an adult son I visit sometime at his place. I don’t smoke cigarettes, weed, drink, or party. I am pretty quiet and tidy, yet friendly. Just looking for quiet non smoking place with mutual respect. A back yard or a shed for crafts would be nice too.
