Hello i am a 40 year old male Student going to Surrey Community College starting in September, would like a space i could be able to have my son for visits and i do have a partner as well i would like to have over on occasions for visits, i am clean and quiet and respectful, i do not smoke drink or do drugs, i am mature and very respectful person, i am currently renting a room but the current home owner is selling his house so i am also looking for something more stable well going to School. Also would need a furnished space, i thought i would post this ad before messaging a bunch of ads. I am open to any nationality, age, genders, sexual preference, so on so forth. Just want a decent clean environment to call home. Looking for October 1st
