Kia ora e hoa! We’re a laid-back, creative couple searching for a new place to call home. I’m a musician and my partner is a painter. Don’t worry, we keep things pretty quiet—most of my music work happens away from home. Call, or text! My name is Craig, my lovely lady is Sammy, our beautiful kohine is Leia, and the 2 fur balls are Django and Monkey.

We’re mostly private people who enjoy our own space, so we’re thinking a basement suite or a one-bedroom apartment would be perfect for us. If there’s an extra den or room, that’d be awesome too, especially if it fits within our budget. We’re aiming for $700 a month but can stretch to $800 if the place feels just right.

We’re getting back on our feet and would love to chat about our situation in more detail when we connect. We’re not too picky about the location—anywhere on the east side of Edmonton works for us, including Sherwood Park or the Kingsway area.
