Hello, I am looking to find a place and split the cost of a place in the Centretown/Downtown area in Ottawa. Currently live in the Sandy Hill area, and not in a rush as I have to give 2 months notice to my current landlord. Before I lived here solo, I lived with a number of roommates for 4 years in a 4 bedroom townhouse. As much as I love my own space, I am quiet, introverted, neat and tidy so finding a space with someone like that who just wants to split costs would be ideal. Have a regular 9-5 job during the week. I am currently looking in the Centretown area for a new place with amenities, such as parking as I have a Chevy Silverado, and my own furniture, minus a couch, but able to split costs to purchase new, and/or what I have.
