hey!! my name is sho! im 19 & this fall ill be studying at Langara, i am looking to find a place (pref 2br/not a shared room) as well as a female roommate around my age to move in with. totally okay with smoking as long as it isn’t causing damage to the property, pets, & other students! my budget is around 1k & hoping to have included utilities. i am pretty quiet & enjoy a lot of alone time, i do enjoy socializing but am by no means throwing ragers at my place lol. i’m also very creative, i do a lot of work with photography/modeling, & always have my headphones on. also been practicing my cooking so 👀

overall i’m very accommodating, i’d love to have a fun kind roommate who also respects our place & is okay with cats!
