I believe I’d be a great tenant because I am very family-oriented and value maintaining a respectful and considerate living environment. Having grown up with siblings and loving parents, I understand the importance of fostering a positive atmosphere. I graduated from Mohawk College with a degree in Advanced Police Studies, which has equipped me with a strong sense of responsibility and discipline. I’m moving to Timmins for work and am committed to being a reliable and respectful resident.
