My name is Roman and I am a 70-year old, quiet and healthy gentleman born and raised in Toronto Ontario. I have been renting a shared bathroom and kitchen accomodation in Toronto at the same house for the past 15 years. I now wish to relocate to a smaller, quieter city that is less expensive to live in than Toronto. I am looking for a private furnished or unfurnished room in a location within comfortable walking distance to downtown Niagara Falls (because I do not have a car). I do not do drugs, I do not smoke and I only occasionally drink beer on social occasions. Having a private bathroom to myself would be preferable but not entirely necessary. My budget for monthly rent is between $600 and $800 per month. I hope to hear from someone soon as I hope to move in to a suitable location in Niagara Falls by October 1st, 2024. Thank you.
