Eddy

Hi Hi, my name is Eddy, and I’m down sizing from a townhome to a single place and looking for an awesome space to share with an awesome person/people. I cook at a high level, I’m clean, and love engaging with and taking care of those around me. I’m quiet, and considerate of boundaries and personal space. I am also outgoing, love exploring the city, and highly active with gym + hobbies. While I do most of my work remote, I frequently go out and work around the city to break up any monotony. I have a car and would need parking, unless it comes with me on my journey. Any personal effects/items that would not fit into the space I have a storage unit for. I do have bathroom and bedroom furnishings already. I am generally early rising (6am) and early bedtimes(10pm), with only a few exceptions. I am also considering a work opportunity in Alberta where I would be splitting my time between the two provinces.

I am looking primarily for a minimum 2bed/2bath with a great layout and comfortable living space so that we can all live well. East end of town would be most ideal, I have all my fitness/shopping/social habits set up out here. Some of my social hobbies are culinary/mixology, fitness/exercise/kickboxing, dancing, singing karaoke (well one day), French/Spanish, Stand up comedy, and PC gaming (So fast internet is a must :)) Lastly I am allergic to animals, so cannot live in a space with them. (Though I love em!)
