Hello! I’m Evan, I’m a video game design & development student starting at Toronto Film School in October. My course is 18 months long, with no extended breaks aside from Christmas. Ideally I’m looking or a place to rent for less than $1k, but $1k is about the maximum.

I keep the spaces I use clean, I’m quiet, and I enjoy occasional hangouts. I also don’t drink or smoke, and prefer roommates who don’t smoke indoors.

I have 1 cat that I’m hoping to bring with me, his name is Mr. Bigglesworth, or Biggs for short. He gets along with other cats, and he doesn’t mind dogs. He uses an automatic litter box, so he won’t stink anything up!
