My boyfriend Bill and I are moving to Banff this October from Sydney, Australia, and we’re on the hunt for a room to rent in a share house, ideally located in Banff town. We’re flexible with dates and can move in anytime from October to November. We will be here till the end of the snow season, with the possibility of extending if we’re loving it! A bit about us: We’re both 24 years old—Bill is an electrician, and I have a background in marketing. During our time in Banff, we’ll both be working as servers in local restaurants. We’re passionate about the outdoors—having grown up on Sydney’s northern beaches, we love surfing, hiking, travel, snowboarding (hence the move), and enjoying a social drink with friends and a good time. We’re easygoing, polite, and respectful roommates who enjoy being social but also value and respect alone time and personal space. We’d love to find a room in a house with like-minded roommates who are sociable and enjoy hanging out, whether it’s grabbing a drink in town or watching a movie on the couch. We’d love to join an existing share house, but also open to buddying up with others to find a place together.
