Hello there, I am currently looking for a room for rent long term I’ve been back in Toronto for just under a year now and have been working full-time since my return. And would like to find a place close to my father and the subway so that I may continue to help him and check up on him frequently so that when he needs me I’m close by, as well as have quick access to commute downtown to and from work daily.. I work afternoons/ evenings Monday through Friday some Saturdays as well. I am respectful and and value cleanliness, and do not have people over at all out of respect for other roommates. I’m friendly and cook friendly as well. Most important my bills are always paid on time and or promptly. All in all I’m very responsible and easy to live with as a roommate.I hope this helps in the decision to have me as a tenant and roommate moving forward.
