I’m a 28-year-old male software engineer at leading tech company. Seeking (lease transfer or long-term sublet) a private room with a private washroom. (NOT INTERESTED IN OWNER-OCCUPIED SPACE)

I’m fairly neat and clean (not obsessed like Monica, but still tidy). I enjoy playing racquet sports, exploring new food places, and trying new things (which is why I’m moving from the suburbs to downtown). I don’t smoke, drink occasionally, and I don’t have pets.

I have a car, so a place with parking would be ideal.
