Megan

Hi there! My name is Megan Pham-Quan (she/her). I am a 25 year-old cis queer southeast asian settler, born and raised in Toronto. I currently live at College Park, though I am looking to move a bit further away from the busyness of the Yonge-Dundas area.

I am a teacher in my first year of teaching, recently having graduated from teacher’s college. Most recently, I taught a kindergarten class at Winchester Public School. During the summer months, I work as an outdoor educator in the kids programs at Evergreen Brickworks in the Don Valley. These are my main sources of income. Also, I enjoy being around and working with children, especially in learning contexts.

On the weekdays, I usually leave the house anywhere between 7-8am for school and return home around 6-7pm. At home, I am often lesson planning or unwinding by talking with friends/family on the phone, reading, and watching movies. During weekends and many weekday evenings, I spend time outside of the house with friends. I love biking, swimming, and hiking as well.

I have lived in roommate situations for years, including some time working as a residence don at the University of Toronto. I value open and transparent communication and shared responsibilities for maintenance and cleanliness in a living environment.

I am able to provide proof of income, first and last month’s rent, credit check, and a guarantor. I can also provide character references. Thank you for your consideration!
