My name is Maia. I’m a trans woman, I’m 38, employed by a large insurance company with regular income, quiet, non-smoker, still covid conscious and no pets (though I love all of them!). I am leaving my current place due to the rental agreement ending.

Some of my interests are cooking & baking, interacting with animals, all the nerdy things, softball, amateur gardening and a bunch of things I can’t remember off the top of my head.

I think I would be a good housemate because I have no problems communicating directly and honestly, I strongly believe in respecting shared and individual spaces (ie cleaning up after myself), am a respectful person when it comes to people’s things and spaces.

My budget for a room is $1000, preferably in the lower mainland.
