Hello: I’m a single female senior who is retired and looking for a furnished room with bathroom to rent for roughly five months, possibly more. I’m looking for a quiet place because I’m an author and I write a lot. Two days of the week I will be staying at my son and daughter-in-law’s place to babysit my grandkids. I was hoping for $600-800 max rent with wifi and parking–and perhaps that’s asking a lot but I thought I would put it out there. I’m very quiet and clean and will take good care of your place.
