Looking for a private room in a chill but like, well-maintained sort of environment.

Specifically about me: I am 34, and also job hunting on top of rental hunting. My experience is in retail, OFA3, and Budtending. I just moved recently from Kamloops, originally from northern BC. I had a stroke/surgey last year which i am recovering from. I do smoke cannabis, to help with pain/anxiety. Never inside though, usually early mornings or after dark, or on weekends. I drink very occasionally, but it’s more to enjoy the berverage/buzz, not getting hammered, i have no issues with other people’s drinking habits. I am starting to get back to a more active lifestyle. Love being out in nature. I also enjoy reading, playing video games, watching shows/movies. I would like the option having a friend or two visit from time to time. I will always be respectful of shared spaces, and expect the same from my friends. Don’t have any pets, but love animals.
