Jenny Hua

My name is Jenny and I am an undergraduate student at the University of Calgary. I am completing my final year of my Bachelor of Science program in Biomedical Engineering and will be graduating in April 2025. I am looking to move out of my parent’s home and live on my own for the remainder of my studies. After graduation, I will be immediately seeking career opportunities.

I am 22 years old and of Chinese/Vietnamese ethnicity. I’m a clean and organized individual who enjoys keeping busy, but also cherish quiet time at the end of the day. I enjoy living a healthy and active lifestyle - I have many hobbies and passions that include reading, working out 4-5 days a week, hiking, travelling the world, and cooking. I’m also a competitive powerlifting athlete!

I’m currently working as an intern in the energy industry. My internship term is coming to an end in August and I will returning to my part-time job as a supervisor at a cafe. I will be working 20-25 hours a week as my income to pay for living costs (transportation, groceries, rent, etc.) and my hobbies.
