I am a single woman without children or pets. I am neat, polite, and very busy. I do drink on occasion and am not a partier, drug user, or someone who brings people home, (my boyfriend lives out of province and works on his own advocacy projects). I am looking for a room between $700 and $900 a month near central Kelowna or at least can walk to downtown and mall area. I work full-time and am well-educated. Hobbies include reading, acting lessons, movies, occasional singing at church, hiking, travel, cooking. I expect cleaning and other duties to be split and scheduled rotationally by household, as present roommates have created a bug infestation problem due to their lack of garbage removal, dust, and cleaning. I do not expect perfection just basic standards.
