I am seeking accommodation in exchange for part time work 2-3 hours per day, (flexible/negotiable) as a handyman/ assistant to a senior wishing to stay in their own home, someone with slight medical needs/disabilities or a busy professional. Ideally Port Hope/Cobourg area. I have my own finances/investments, and desire to retain as much as possible until full retirement. I am an excellent handyman and do excellent work in minor electrical (swapping out switches/receptacles, replacing light fixtures/ceiling fans etc), painting (interior/exterior), plumbing (repair, replacement of toilets, sinks, faucets, drains etc). I can do simple gardening/lawn-care, snow clearing. I am clean/tidy and am no stranger to detailed housework. I have the current St. John Ambulance life saving certificate. I can cook, I love shopping and can assist in transportation with my mini van. I am currently advertising my availability on other platforms and have a Google website to tell you more about me.
