I hope you’re doing well! I wanted to reach out because I’m very interested in the possibility of sharing the condo with you. A bit about myself: I’m a Canadian citizen of Indian ethnicity, currently working as a bank employee. I’m a non-smoker, don’t drink, and prefer a quiet environment—no parties or pets for me. Also, I’m vegetarian, so I’m looking for someone who’s comfortable with that. I prefer the location that near financial or entertainment district in Toronto, Downtown. I would mostly stay in my room studying. I am a very pleasant and spiritual person, and always ready to help! I have a real estate agent who would help us find the condo, we just have work together in finding a good apartment.

I am very respectful of other people’s space and time:)I usually sleep at 10:00 PM and get up at 6:00 AM. I love walks, swimming and kayaking.
